TEAM ASSISTANT: A prestigious global investment firm is seeking a Junior Bankers Assistant to join a collaborative and high-performing team. Supporting 25+ bankers across Analyst, Associate and Junior VP levels, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a high-volume workload. Working alongside an established team of Assistants, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while developing your skills within a world-class financial services organisation. We are looking for a proactive, organised and process-driven individual who can build strong relationships, manage competing priorities and deliver exceptional administrative support. TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE: Managing diaries and calendars for bankers at the Associate level and above Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones Managing a high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner Coordinating room bookings for internal and external meetings and VCs across multiple locations Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including visa applications, international flights, and accommodation bookings Coordinating car bookings Managing and preparing expenses Processing invoices Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow Supporting teams with day-to-day issues, needs and queries Providing phone and holiday cover for colleagues If you feel that you fit the above criteria, then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
