Fabulous opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to work for an international financial services company in their St Albans office and occasionally in the London City office. This is a full time, office-based role. The ideal candidate will have a background in Recruitment or HR and enjoy the end to end process of hiring. Responsibilities will include liaison with external recruitment agencies and building relationships, negotiating terms, streamlining existing processes and organising interviews with relevant department heads, ad hoc administration and acting as a brand ambassador for the business. The role will be working alongside HR and the Head of Operations and the wider team. The ideal person will be efficient, process driven and be very capable of dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
