Team Assistant for City Investment Company £36,000 - 38,000 (6-month fixed term contract) Are you a polished, pro-active Administrator/Assistant with 2 - 3 years’ experience, who is passionate about delivering the highest quality? This is a great opportunity for confident, hardworking and switched-on individual, to support a team of Assistants at this leading International Investment company. You will be part of a team in a busy and high-profile environment where you can learn and develop your skills and experience. Key duties: Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and con calls across multiple time zones Providing phone coverage Supporting teams in day-to-day admin issues, needs and queries Expense management and preparation Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs Key Skills: Strong organisational skills High attention to detail Good experience using Microsoft Outlook Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to use own initiative and to prioritise Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information
