100% International Travel • Rota Schedule • 24/7 Support Elite one‑to‑one support for a globally mobile UHNW businessman. Majority of summer spent living and supporting onboard a private yacht. Requires total flexibility, no external commitments, and proven experience travelling extensively with an UHNW principal. Key Responsibilities Provide 24/7 one‑to‑one support in a rota pattern. Travel globally year‑round; summer months based onboard private yacht. Manage all private aviation, yacht movements, visas and logistics. Coordinate daily operations with yacht crew, security and household teams. Handle all lifestyle needs: reservations, gifting, wardrobe, personal errands. Anticipate needs and resolve issues before they reach the Principal. Maintain absolute discretion and UHNW‑level service standards. Candidate Requirements Significant experience supporting an UHNW principal one‑to‑one. Strong background in high‑intensity travel roles; yacht experience ideal - but must also have PA experience already Fully flexible with no outside commitments. Calm, polished, solutions‑driven under pressure. Able to live onboard a yacht for 3-4 months a year Passport‑ready and comfortable with constant international movement.
