Support Worker/Autism Carer

We are currently recruiting for an Autism Practitioner to join a growing, well-supported service dedicated to ensuring autistic people are understood, valued, and empowered to lead fulfilling lives Quick overview: The Pay: £15 per hour PAYE rolled up The Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time options are available across 6 FTE positions . The shift pattern is dynamic, covering days, evenings, and weekends, alongside on-call duties dependent on your development stage The Location: A great mix of office and community-based work across Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, Cowdenbeath, and Cardenden The Role: You will be supporting over 60 autistic adults across the Fife region . You will have the autonomy to drive best practices, providing personalised 1:1 and 2:1 care . Acting as a dedicated Keyworker, you will lead meetings and actively shape outcome-based support plans alongside individuals and their families What You Bring: The service is explicitly seeking confident and experienced care professionals . You are a creative, adaptable communicator with strong IT skills . You must be a member of the PVG scheme and registered with the SSSC (or willing to work towards a relevant qualification) .
