Play your part in shaping high-performance football As our Women’s First Team Assistant Head Coach, you will work hand-in-hand with the Head Coach to prepare, manage, and develop a squad capable of competing at the very peak of the FA Women's Super League. You will lead the tactical and technical preparation and work closely with our analysis team to formulate game-specific strategies. You will also ensure every player is structurally and mentally prepared to succeed in line with our club's game model. Experience That will help you thrive You will bring proven experience of coaching elite players, ideally within the women’s and girls’ game, alongside a strong understanding of the FA Women’s and Girls’ player pathway and Girls’ Long Term Player Development. You will be confident supporting individual players while working collaboratively with coaches and multi-disciplinary support staff.
