A construction focussed business with offices on the outskirts of Bradford are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Supporting the delivery of activities by managing orders, stock and arranging transport to ensure projects run within strict time frames, this varied coordination-based role is integral to the wider project setting. Working closely with internal teams as well as suppliers, logistics providers, and clients to maintain high service levels and operational efficiency, this fully office-based role is a varied role and duties will include; Processing orders Managing orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Liaise between internal systems and client systems Allocate equipment and materials Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Monitor stock levels and equipment availability Manage equipment allocation Track inbound deliveries and outbound dispatches Arrange transport for deliveries Liaise with logistics providers Support day-to-day project coordination Manage all administrative activities Manage shared inboxes Liaise daily with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. This is a fantastic opportunity, this role will become permanent at 12 weeks, following a successful probationary period. Working 8.30-5 Monday- Friday, this varied administrative coordination role requires the successful candidate to have; A strong administrative or coordination background, ideally within logistics, supply chain, facilities, or project environments Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Experience coordinating Ability to manage and prioritise a high-volume workload Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive team player with a collaborative approach.
