Job Purpose The purpose is to develop and maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Job Overview A Front House Officer is responsible for ensuring that personnel and guests have a positive first impression of the venue. As the first point of contact, you will be expected to be friendly and welcoming when guests/staff arrive or leave. Main Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the Front of House area to ensure a professional appearance Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV as appropriate. Ensure processes are strictly followed for any visitors to the building Deal with complaints and offer fast resolutions escalating where necessary Build professional relationships with occupiers and guests ensuring all have a pleasant experience Requirements A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor Licence / Security Guard Licence AND CCTV Licence Good communication skills Good organisation and multi-tasking skills
