Four Square is looking for a Weekday Practitioner to join our Keymoves service - a trauma informed service supporting women aged 16+ who have experienced domestic and gender-based violence, including honour based violence and forced marriage.We're looking for compassionate, resilient individuals with experience supporting people affected by domestic abuse. You'll have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to meet each woman's individual needs through person-centred support. We welcome applications from women with lived experience.This is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that helps women rebuild their lives in a safe, supportive environment.The working pattern is Monday to Friday on a rolling rota, with shifts from (7.30am-3.30pm, 10am-6pm, 2pm-10pm).
