Our client is a boutique executive search firm and they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Temp EA to support their Founder on an immediate-start basis. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that will suit an experienced EA or a strong administrator who enjoys managing complex schedules ad working in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Providing dedicated support to the Founder, acting as a trusted right hand. Managing a busy and ever-changing diary across multiple international time zones, using Outlook. Coordinating meetings and ensuring seamless scheduling with clients and stakeholders globally. Prioritising and managing competing demands and last-minute changes. Acting as a go-to person within the office, assisting junior team members with questions and providing support where needed. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as an EA or as a strong, capable administrator. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Previous experience managing complex diaries and scheduling across multiple time zones. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, proactive, and able to work independently. This in an immediate-start temporary position, for a minimum of two months. An excellent opportunity to work closely with the Founder of a successful, boutique firm based near London Bridge. This is an office-based, temporary position and salary is dependent on experience.
