Concierge £30,000 - £35,000 London, UK Permanent – Office Based Our client is seeking a proactive concierge to act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors within a busy residential environment. This is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality, property or security who thrives in a front-of-house role. What you’ll do: Deliver exceptional front-of-house service to residents, visitors, and contractors. Act as the main point of contact for all queries and issue resolution. Manage parcels, deliveries, and secure handover procedures. Carry out building patrols and support health & safety compliance. Assist with amenity bookings and daily resident services. Liaise with maintenance and operational teams where required. Maintain accurate shift handovers and clear team communication. Who you are: Previous experience in hospitality, property, security, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Flexible and comfortable working shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
