We are working with a friendly, creative film director who is seeking a dynamic and proactive Private Personal Assistant to support their home life. Based from a beautiful home office in Brockenhurst, this is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and creative environment, supporting a busy and exciting professional and their family. This is a varied Personal Assistant role requiring someone hands-on, energetic and adaptable. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the director’s personal commitments, aiding with home life, and assisting in personal home and family matters. . Key Personal Assistant responsibilities: Diary and inbox management across personal matters Overseeing the smooth operation of the property Supporting day-to-day household organisation and logistics Acting as a true right hand, ensuring everything runs seamlessly Managing personal errands and lifestyle requests with efficiency and discretion The ideal Personal Assistant: Previous experience working as a Private Personal Assistant Experience working with families Warm, proactive and full of energy Highly organised with a can-do attitude and impeccable attention to detail Comfortable in an informal, creative environment Confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Happy to be hands-on and adaptable Warm, polished and professional Details: £45,000–£55,000 Pro rata Brockenhurst, Hampshire - Must be based nearby < 30 minutes commute Permanent part time role (approx 21hrs/week TBC) Personality and fit are key - but prior experience as Private PA is necessary A fantastic opportunity for a bright and engaging Private Personal Assistant looking to step into a varied and highly personable role.
