Connect Appointments is recruiting Warehouse Operations Assistants to join an established logistics business based in Bathgate on the back shift team, on a full-time temporary ongoing basis with the opportunity for permanent employment.Our client operates a busy distribution facility, offering back shift work with full training, PPE and immediate starts available.What's on offer?Full-time ongoing position with the opportunity for permanent employment5 days out of 7 on a rota basisWorking hours are 12pm to between 7pm and 8pm12.90 per hour, paid weeklyFull training providedPlease note: This role is based in a low-temperature environment - full PPE is provided.As a Warehouse Operations Assistant, your duties will include:Using mechanical handling equipment (MHE) to move stock safelyHandling incoming deliveries and goods-in processesLoading and unloading goods in storage areasPerforming basic administrative tasks related to bookings and goods-in recordsMaintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shiftTo be considered as a Warehouse Operations Assistant, you will need:Good attention to detail and strong organisational skillsComputer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft OfficeThe ability to work effectively under pressureExperience with proof of delivery processes and working with external suppliers is welcome but not essentialInterested in this Warehouse Operations Assistant role?
