This role supports order management and customer service activities for Korean-speaking clients, ensuring smooth order processing and timely issue resolution. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Client Details Our client is a reputable multinational corporation (MNC) with a strong global presence and established shared services operations in Malaysia. Description Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfilment Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Coordinate with internal stakeholders (logistics, finance, supply chain) to resolve issues Ensure accuracy of order details, pricing, and delivery timelines Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems and ensure compliance with company processes Proactively identify and escalate service or operational issues where required Profile Proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 5) and English (both written and spoken) Experience in customer service, order management, or related functions is preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment Good attention to detail and organisational skills Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage Job Offer Monthly salary: RM5,000 - RM10,000 Exposure to regional operations within a global organisation Structured training and career development opportunities Collaborative and stable working environment Page Group Malaysia is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
