Job Description

ROLE & OBJECTIVE The position is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational risks at the functional level across all departments and subsidiaries of ROX Group. The primary objective is to minimize operational risks, reduce potential organizational losses, and provide comprehensive risk profiles to support management in making informed and effective decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Operational Risk Identification Manage the collection, maintenance, and regular updating of internal and external operational loss event databases. Coordinate with relevant departments and subsidiaries to develop inspection plans and conduct reviews aimed at proactively identifying potential functional risks. Collaborate with internal teams to implement Risk Self-Assessment programs across the organization. Participate in reviewing and evaluating internal policies, regulations, processes, and procedures before and after issuance to identify potential operational risks and recommend appropriate controls. 2. Operational Risk Assessment Analyze operational loss data at the functional level to identify root causes, determine risk levels, evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls, and propose appropriate mitigation measures. Develop, maintain, and manage the operational risk register across ROX Group. Regularly assess the current status, severity, and emerging trends of operational risks to provide timely information for management decision-making. 3. Risk Monitoring and Mitigation Monitor and promptly update the status of identified risks based on the Group’s risk portfolio. Track the implementation of remediation actions and reassess residual risks after corrective measures have been completed. Propose additional risk-control solutions to ensure that risks remain within approved tolerance thresholds. Prepare periodic reports on risk remediation progress across departments and subsidiaries, as well as consolidated reports on the overall operational risk status of ROX Group. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Education Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Quality Management, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines. 2. Experience Candidates must have at least three years of experience in risk management-related areas, including operational risk management, fraud prevention, information security, anti-money laundering, or internal control. Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in implementing risk management frameworks, ISO or quality-control programs, collecting and analyzing operational loss data, or participating in process automation and enterprise resource planning projects. 3. Knowledge Candidates should have a sound understanding of organizational structures, corporate vision, mission, and core values, together with general knowledge of economics, financial accounting, corporate governance, and applicable legal frameworks. The position also requires basic professional knowledge of management systems, organizational resources, technology, and recognized risk-management frameworks such as COSO, Lean, COBIT, and ITIL. Professional certifications in COSO, PMI, COBIT, ITIL, or related fields will be considered an advantage. 4. Skills and Competencies Candidates must demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and strong professional ethics. Essential competencies include effective communication, the ability to apply professional knowledge in practical situations, and logical thinking. The role also requires strong systems thinking, monitoring and control capabilities, and the ability to analyze information, assess risks, and provide clear and evidence-based recommendations. 5. Other Requirements Candidates should possess basic English communication skills equivalent to TOEIC 350 or CEFR A2 level and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
