As an Associate - Assurance, you will engage in financial statement audits, contributing to the delivery of quality client support within our Assurance practice. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities: Conducting external audits and reviewing financial documents to verify accuracy and compliance with regulations Applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) in audit processes Analyzing financial statements and transactions to identify trends and potential risks Utilizing data analysis and interpretation skills to support audit findings and recommendations Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide insights on financial reporting standards Implementing auditing methodologies to enhance the quality of audit engagements Engaging in process documentation and project management to streamline audit workflows Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform audit strategies and client advisories Supporting client management by addressing inquiries and providing feedback on audit results Participating in team discussions to foster inclusion and intellectual curiosity in audit practices What You Must Have: Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or Chartered Accountant or equivalent (such as ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia) Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements.
