PTP Junior Accountant

By joining as an PTP Junior Accountant , you will become a member of the Eltel Group. You will cooperate daily with our international units, thus we expect you to be able to communicate in English on a communicative level. You choose your workplace - you can work from home or from our modern office in the center of Gdańsk, in the Tryton office building. However, we assume the need to come to the office two times a month to maintain a balance between our online and offline relations. The Procure to Pay / Accounts Payable team is responsible for tasks related to accounts payable. The main responsibilities in this department include: verifying and processing invoices, generating payments, contacting our vendors, end-of-month tasks (including GL/AP and GR/IR account reconciliations), intercompany account reconciliation, reporting, settling and processing payments of employee daily allowances and travel expenses. Our expectations: We are looking for a person with first experience in accounting, who enjoys daily work in MS Excel as well as ERP systems and would like to develop within the financial services. The most important in this position are: higher education (preferred: finance and accounting, economics), experience in the field of accounting - min. 0,5 year good English (B2) - it's a must, good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, accuracy and keen eye for details, open attitude, communicativeness and positive attitude - it it’s our must.
