Invoice Processing Specialist (Korean Speaker)

The Senior AP (Korean Speaker) will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. This role requires fluency in Korean and a strong background in accounting and finance within the retail industry. Description Manage and review end-to-end invoice processing activities. Resolve complex invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate payment processing in accordance with company policies. Perform month-end closing activities, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting. Monitor and analyse AP performance metrics and implement improvement plans. Lead process optimisation and continuous improvement projects. Support automation and standardisation initiatives across finance operations. Collaborate closely with finance, procurement, treasury, and business stakeholders. Profile A successful Senior AP (Korean Speaker) should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fluency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 5) and English, both written and spoken. Min 1 years of experience in AP/AR or invoice Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
