Hotel Accounts Assistant (Part-Time) We are looking for a reliable and organised Hotel Accounts Assistant to join our team. Hours per day - 6 (30 hours per week) some flexibility if required. £12.80 per hour Job Title Overview: We are looking for a reliable and organised Hotel Accounts Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities : Processing invoices and payments Bank reconciliations and cashiering Assisting with month end and financial records and reporting Supporting the Finance Manager with daily accounting tasks Maintaining accurate financial records and filing What we're looking for: Previous accounts experience (hotel experience would be advantageous) Good attention to detail and organisational skills Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with accounting software A positive attitude and the ability to work independently A sense of humour If you are looking for a part-time role in a friendly hotel environment, we would love to hear from you.
