As part of a newly established countywide Early Help team, you'll provide timely support that helps families overcome challenges, build resilience and access the right services before concerns escalate. Using a strengths-based approach and motivational interviewing techniques, you'll work directly with families to identify solutions, promote positive change and improve outcomes for children. Assess family strengths and needs, providing advice, guidance and tailored support through telephone and virtual contact. Help families access the right services and resources by connecting them with local support and making recommendations for further intervention where needed. Work collaboratively with schools, health professionals, social care, police and community organisations to coordinate effective support for families. Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns in line with organisational procedures, while maintaining accurate records and preparing clear, high-quality reports. Ability to work collaboratively, use initiative, maintain accurate records and demonstrate professional integrity. Why join us?
