As a Multimodal Transport Operator, you will play an integral part to the freight forwarding and logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include: Liaising with logistics teams, customers and suppliers Completing relevant paperwork and documentation Monitoring and addressing delays/issues Completing all work to relevant requirements set out by SOPs, compliance procedures and customer expectations General administration and office duties The ideal Multimodal Transport Operator will have: Previous experience in a freight forwarding/transport administration role, and knowledge of customs compliance Previous experience using CargoWise Strong IT and administration skills Confident communication and customer service skills An organised nature with the ability to multi-task The ability to work well in a team or as an individual Interested?
