Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for your next challenge? I am recruiting for a Purchasing Manager to lead supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and ensure the smooth delivery of goods and services across a fast-paced catering operation. Key Duties: Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value.Manage supplier performance, contracts, and KPIs.Partner with Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams to improve service and reduce costs.Lead tender (RFP) processes and continuous improvement initiatives.Analyse spend, manage price variances (PPV/IPV), and identify savings opportunities.Drive supplier innovation, compliance, and operational excellence. Experience required Minimum 3 years' procurement/purchasing experience (catering or food industry preferred).Background in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or food production.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing supplier performance and contracts.Knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and working in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.Apply now for more details
