The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial operations, ensuring effective financial management and strategic planning. This role is critical in maintaining the financial health and sustainability of the organization within the industrial and manufacturing industry. Client Details Our client is an established multinational industrial manufacturer with operations across the Asia-Pacific region, providing manufacturing and project-based solutions for electrical and infrastructure applications. Description Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation and investment evaluation. Manage funding, banking relationships, treasury, cash flow and financial risks. Oversee the financial performance and governance of international subsidiaries. Lead consolidated reporting, public filings, external audits and SOX internal controls. Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to the Board, Audit Committee and investors. Strengthen cost control, working-capital management and business-performance reporting. Lead the finance organisation across accounting, treasury, tax and internal controls. Profile At least 15 years of progressive finance, accounting, audit or corporate-finance experience. Previous experience as a CFO, Finance VP, Finance Director or equivalent. Background in multinational manufacturing, industrial groups or publicly traded companies. Strong knowledge of IFRS, with exposure to U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting and SOX. Experience in financing, capital markets, board reporting and international subsidiary management. CPA, AICPA or CFA qualification is preferred. Fluent English with strong strategic, commercial and leadership capabilities.
