Job Description Process and reconcile supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices according to company policies. Prepare and process supplier payments, including electronic transfers and cheques. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and vendor details. Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting requirements. Respond to supplier queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth payment processes. Support the accounting and finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have: Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams. An ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively. A positive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
