They are now seeking a Records Management Assistant to join them on a temp to perm basis at their site in Birmingham. Job Description · Prepare, review and organise physical records in line with documented procedures and The National Archives (TNA) standards · Catalogue and label records accurately to ensure traceability and compliance · Transfer archived paper records into approved storage locations following governance protocols · Maintain accurate logs and tracking information using spreadsheets or internal systems · Support quality checks to ensure all records meet compliance and archival standards The Successful Applicant A successful Records Management Assistant should have: · To be able to follow documented procedures · Strong attention to detail · Apply guidance and framework provided · Work to high standard and within specified deadlines · Use judgement and identify when to ask for help/input/support · Ability to use Microsoft products including Excel and Word · Ability to lift and carry boxes of paper records · Ability to work with discretion and handle sensitive information appropriately What's on Offer Annual Salary of £25000 per annum.
