An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded law firm as an Administrative Assistant. This is an ideal role for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who is looking to develop a career within a professional services environment. Working as part of a busy and supportive legal team, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the legal Fee-Earners to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the lawyers. Preparing standard correspondence, emails and legal documents. Typing letters, reports and other documentation. Assisting with electronic invoicing, including preparing client invoices, debit notes and credit notes. Managing files, scanning, photocopying and general document administration. Preparing attendance notes, memos and meeting minutes. Typing trip reports and other documentation as required. Assisting with the docketing and processing of incoming correspondence. Supporting the team with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks. To be successful in this role you will have: Previous administrative or secretarial experience. Excellent typing and keyboard skills. Outstanding written communication, spelling and grammar. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. A proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to support colleagues. Experience within intellectual property or trade marks would be advantageous but is not essential. Experience using digital dictation or audio typing would also be beneficial.
