As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food experiences. Your focus will be on learning and developing your culinary skills while contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food in sufficient quantities, ensuring minimum waste and consistent quality 
• Helping with general kitchen tasks as directed 
• Support the kitchen team by maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times 
• Participate in daily briefings to stay informed about menus and food products, enabling you to assist customers when needed 
• Work efficiently and collaboratively with other kitchen team members to maintain a high standard of service, especially during busy periods 

Key Skills and Requirements 

• Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills 
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude 
• Open, friendly, and respectful communication skills
