EA to MD and Team, Investment Banking (City) - FTC £55,000 + bonus + benefits 22915 Do you have MD/Director-level EA / PA experience, gained from Banking or Financial Services firm? Looking for a deal-driven environment, where everyone pulls together? As a genuine team player, you’ll be a pivotal link in the successful chain in this fast-paced, high logistics role supporting MDs and team – initially a 6 month FTC role with great prospects! What you’ll be doing day-to-day: Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches and events Coordinating closing dinners and offsites Processing expenses Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs Can work from home 1 day The skills you need to bring: Solid Team EA / PA experience, gained from Banking or Financial Services firm Ability to stay calm under pressure Team player and a sense of humour Positive self-starter Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
