An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, proactive and discreet Private Personal Assistant to support a couple across their personal lives and household management. This is a varied, high-trust role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The successful candidate will become a trusted extension of the family, ensuring day-to-day life runs smoothly while managing multiple priorities with professionalism, efficiency and complete confidentiality. Working closely with the couple, their wider support network and Talent Manager, you will coordinate schedules, oversee household operations and provide seamless administrative support across a broad range of personal and lifestyle matters. Key Responsibilities Personal & Lifestyle Management Manage comprehensive personal diaries and schedules for the couple. Coordinate appointments, reservations and personal commitments. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries and transfers. Organise family holidays, weekend trips and social engagements. Manage personal correspondence and invitations. Source and purchase gifts for birthdays, celebrations and special occasions. Support with special projects and ad hoc personal requests. Work closely with the Talent Manager to ensure seamless coordination of professional commitments. Household Management Act as the primary point of contact for household contractors, suppliers and service providers. Coordinate maintenance, repairs and home improvement projects. Manage household inventories and ensure essential items are replenished. Organise deliveries and oversee day-to-day household logistics. Maintain household calendars and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Liaise closely with the Nanny to coordinate schedules around the family's child. Administrative Support Manage personal expenses and maintain accurate, organised records. Assist with household bill payments and general administration. Create and maintain systems that improve organisation and efficiency. Research products, services, suppliers and recommendations as required. Family & Wellbeing Support Assist with family scheduling and day-to-day logistics. Coordinate health, wellness and personal appointments. Provide proactive support that helps streamline family life and reduce administrative burden. Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You will be a trusted professional who works with discretion, communicates confidently and takes ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision. Most importantly, you will enjoy supporting others, anticipating needs before they arise and creating structure within a busy private household. Essential Experience Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Private PA. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements. Strong IT skills, including Google Calendar, Microsoft Office and task management tools. Professional, discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information. Highly Desirable Full UK driving licence. Comfortable working around dogs (there is a medium-sized dog in the household). Experience supporting busy private households. The couple are able to focus on their professional commitments and family life, knowing their personal affairs are being handled efficiently and discreetly. Hours: Approximately 3 days per week, with occasional availability outside standard working hours when required. Location: Hybrid – approximately 1.5 days per week based in Wandsworth, with the remainder working remotely. Salary: Dependent on experience. Start Date: ASAP
