A boutique financial services client is looking for a team assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Located in the heart of the city, the job requires an assistant who is ready to jump into a professional, working environment, looking after multiple duties. Job roles range from; front of house, client greeting, office administration with a chance to support minor projects and assist with occasional events. . Key Responsibilities: A key point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers and stakeholders Ability to take minutes, prepare agendas, arrange meeting coordination and travel arrangements as needed Professional, friendly and efficient manner Manage refreshments and catering for internal and external meetings Oversee general management of the office Ability to prepare presentations, reports, meeting packs and business documentation. Act as first-line support for basic IT and technology queries and be prepared to resolve any major issues externally Chosen candidate will need to be: Confident in Microsoft Office and business systems and comfortable providing IT support. Experience in financial services or investment environments.
