NEW PASSESS ACCEPTED !!!!The role involves operating a HGV Class 2 rear-wheel-drive bin wagon collecting waste bins around residental , commercal and industrial estates, so a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and compliance is essential.All sites have a first day induction of ½ day office/paperwork based then half day in the vehicle, and for those with minimal/no experience this will include a driving assessment.CARLISLE –07:00am startsWORKINGTON –06:15am startsWHITEHAVEN-07:15am startsThe Role for a HGV Driver:

• Shifts run across Monday -Friday
• Saturday overtime available
• Overtime paid after 39 hours
• £17.00 PAY ADV Monday-Friday
• £25.00 PAY ADV Saturdays /Overtime
• £33.50 PAY ADV Sundays /Bank Holidays
• Completing local and regional collections as required
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Immediate starts
• Representing both the client and Driver Hire Carlisle professionally

What You’ll Need:

• Full UK driving licence with Category C (Class 2) entitlement
• New Passess accepted
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Strong understanding of site safety and procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
