Bartender

We’re looking for warm, engaging and enthusiastic individuals to join the team at Poon’s. As a bartender, you will have shifts both tending our inside dispense bar for our 62-cover restaurant and flexible private dining room, as well as shifts on our 16-cover terrace bar which includes an element of hosting guests and table service with our reduced ‘A La Plage’ small eats & drinks offerings. As well as following our drinks specs, and upholding quality and order with our drinks list and bar areas, you will have some responsibility in welcoming guests into our extension of the Poon’s family home and delivering the storytelling of our cocktails, wines and heritage to our guests.
