What you will do
- Prescribing Services: Deliver specialist prescribing interventions for individuals experiencing substance misuse issues.
- Clinical Assessment: Undertake comprehensive assessments and reviews to support safe and effective treatment planning.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to individual recovery goals.
- Multi-Disciplinary Working: Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Camden Integrated Drug & Alcohol Service.

- Case Management: Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions appropriately to maximise positive outcomes.
