This is the perfect role for someone with one to two years experience within investment banking, private equity, professional services or another fast-moving corporate environment who is looking to take the next step. Working closely with an experienced Team EA, you'll receive excellent mentoring whilst becoming an integral part of a collaborative and ambitious team. Responsibilities Extensive diary management for senior investment professionals Coordinating complex international travel, including multi-stop itineraries Organising meetings, conference calls and client events Supporting fundraising and live deal processes Coordinating international roadshows and conferences Preparing itineraries and ensuring seamless logistics Providing wider team support across day-to-day operations Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders The Ideal Candidate 1–2 years' experience within private equity, investment banking, financial services or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail Proactive with a positive attitude Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident, personable and eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast-moving, time-sensitive environment Previous experience coordinating complex international travel would be advantageous
