Operations & Project Support Coordinator £20ph East London 5 Days Office-Based 3 months (could extend) 9am to 6pm Immediate Start We're working with a small creative design business looking for an Operations & Project Support Coordinator to join their team on a 3-month temporary contract (which could extend). This is a varied support role, ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, proactive and happy to get involved wherever needed. Key Responsibilities Booking travel for the team. Supporting Project Managers with administration. Coordinating office supplies, deliveries and day-to-day operations. Liaising with suppliers and vendors. Obtaining quotes from contractors and external partners. Setting up meetings and supporting project documentation. General office, operations and project support. About You Around 4–5 years' office-based experience. Organised, proactive and able to work independently. Strong administration and coordination skills. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks. Professional, personable and adaptable. Experience within a creative agency, design studio or architecture practice would be a bonus.
