Executive Assistant – Private Wealth Team (Ongoing Temporary Opportunity) Mayfair, London | Immediate Start An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join one of London’s leading global asset management firms on an ongoing temporary basis. Based in stunning Mayfair offices, this is a fantastic chance to become part of a highly regarded business with an outstanding reputation and an incredibly collaborative EA team. Supporting within the Private Wealth team, this is a varied and fast-paced role that combines classic Executive Assistant responsibilities with broader office support. You will provide dedicated support to a charismatic, highly respected Managing Director with exacting standards, becoming a true right-hand partner through expert diary management, complex global travel coordination and seamless day-to-day organisation. Your support will be highly visible, making this an ideal role for an EA who takes pride in delivering an exceptional service. Alongside your EA duties, you will work closely with the Office Manager, adopting a genuine roll-up-your-sleeves approach to support the wider office. This will include assisting with a range of office administration, helping clear a backlog of expenses for a Senior Managing Director and Global Head, and being happy to get involved wherever needed. With exciting growth taking place across the business, this is a fluid role with the opportunity to broaden your responsibilities and become an integral member of the team. We are looking for someone who: Has proven experience as an Executive Assistant within a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment. Is equally comfortable providing senior executive support and assisting with wider office administration. Possesses exceptional emotional intelligence and can build strong relationships with a wide range of personalities. Is proactive, solutions-focused and uses initiative to identify where they can add value. Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
