Executive Assistant - Investment Banking Central London Salary DOE 5 days per week in the office. We are partnering with a leading global investment bank to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a busy and high-performing Investment Banking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in providing first-class support. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure. You will become a trusted member of the team, working closely with senior bankers and playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their day. You'll work alongside a dynamic team in a collaborative, high-performing environment that values initiative, teamwork and excellence. In return, you'll receive a competitive salary, discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to further develop your career within a prestigious firm What you’ll do: Providing proactive and seamless support to a team of senior bankers Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones Coordinating international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries Organising internal and external meetings, client lunches, roadshows, and events Preparing presentations, meeting packs and supporting documentation Processing expenses accurately and within deadlines Acting as a key liaison for clients and internal stakeholders Anticipating the needs of the team and providing solutions before issues arise Supporting the wider assistant team and contributing to a collaborative culture What you’ll need: Previous Executive Assistant experience within investment banking or another fast-paced corporate environment Confident supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail Able to prioritise effectively and adapt quickly to changing demands A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach Excellent communication skills with a polished and professional manner A genuine team player who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment REF: AJL196565 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
