Post Room & Administration Assistant Location: Whiteley, Fareham – office based Salary : Salary upon application Vacancy Type: Part time, 10am – 4pm Mon – Fri - Permanent A leading conveyancing law firm is seeking a Post Room & Administrations Assistant to work part time from its head office in Whiteley, Hampshire. The role will involve the opening, scanning and distribution of post each day and will also involve dealing with the outgoing post. In addition, the Assistant will be required to assist with filing, archiving and any other administrative duties. Key skills and experience required: Good attention to detail Excellent organisational skills.
