Customer Service Advisor Location: Bournemouth Salary: £25,000 rising to £26,250 after probation We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a high level of service is provided to both clients and suppliers. You will be responsible for managing queries, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include: Handling incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries Providing clear, professional advice and resolving client queries Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Managing and updating customer records and correspondence Responding to emails and allocating queries where necessary Monitoring daily workloads and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently Supporting with administrative duties and team projects as required Working Hours Monday to Friday: 08:30am – 5:00pm 1 in 10 Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:00pm Salary & Benefits Starting salary of £25,000 Increase to £26,250 upon successful completion of probation 23 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year of service (up to an additional 5 days) No Bank Holiday working Monthly incentive scheme Free gym membership Healthcare plan available after probation Chiropractor sessions after probation About You Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational ability with attention to detail A proactive and positive approach to problem solving Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks Previous customer service experience is desirable Additional Information Probation period: 3–6 months This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing team where your contribution will be recognised and rewarded.
