Traffic Safety Performance Trainer Manchester City Centre (Hotel Venue) | Fixed-Term Contract | Week Commencing 27 July 2026 Reed Further Education is seeking an experienced Traffic Safety Performance Trainer to design and deliver a specialist Traffic Safety Performance Indicators programme for approximately 20 officers. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a brand-new course, combining your subject expertise with your ability to create engaging, high-quality training materials. The Role You will design and deliver a five-day training programme, consisting of four full training days and a shorter final-day session focused on feedback, course review, and certification. An Arabic interpreter will be present throughout, so Arabic language skills are not required. Key Responsibilities Design and develop professional PowerPoint training materials. Deliver engaging training sessions to approximately 20 officers. Facilitate discussions, practical exercises, and knowledge-sharing activities. Adapt delivery to meet learner needs and maximise participation. Conduct the final feedback and certification session. Work closely with the project team to ensure training objectives are met. Essential Requirements Proven experience delivering training in Traffic Safety Performance Indicators or a closely related field. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Experience creating effective PowerPoint-based training materials. Ability to engage and manage groups of around 20 delegates. Professional, adaptable, and confident delivering specialist technical content. Desirable Experience developing training programmes from scratch. Experience delivering training to public sector, law enforcement, transport, or road safety professionals. Assignment Details Location: Manchester City Centre (hotel venue) Duration: 5 days (week commencing 27 July 2026) Working Pattern: Full-time delivery assignment Contract: Fixed-term contract Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications All candidates registering with Reed Further Education will be required to provide two years of references and complete a DBS check.
