Field Sales Representative Location: Field Based – Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Greater London, Hampshire, Oxfordshire & Surrey Salary: Competitive + Company Vehicle/Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits About the Company Our client is a well-established and respected business with a strong presence across the UK retail sector. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Field Sales Representative to join their successful sales team. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and developing business. You'll manage an established territory covering most of Berkshire, South and Central Buckinghamshire, South-West Hertfordshire, West and North-West Greater London, Northern Hampshire (around Basingstoke), and parts of Oxfordshire and Surrey, growing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing customer base. Identify and win new business opportunities. Build strong customer relationships through regular visits. Achieve sales targets and maximise account performance. Ensure products are well merchandised and available in-store. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. About You You'll have: Previous field sales or customer-facing sales experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, target-driven approach. Good organisational and IT skills. A full UK driving licence. What's on Offer £26,700 Company vehicle + fuel card Established customer base and territory.
