What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive Care Act assessments, risk assessments, and design person-centred support plans for adults facing mental health challenges.
• Oversee a dynamic caseload, ensuring impactful interventions, diligent reviews, and strategies that focus on achieving positive outcomes.
• Navigate and apply important legislation including the Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), and Mental Health Act within your professional practice.
• Lead and participate actively in safeguarding inquiries, crafting protection plans in accordance with statutory guidelines.

Essential requirements:

1. At least two years of experience working in a Local Authority setting – Mental Health.
2. Proficiency in Care Act Assessment 2014, Safeguarding, and Mental Capacity Assessment.
3. Knowledge of the Liquid Logic system.
