Newly created opportunity for a Resourcing Coordinator to join a busy internal Talent Resourcing team working for a leading International Law Firm at Partner level. The Resourcing coordinator will be an integral part of the team, working alongside 3 Managers and supporting with lateral partner recruitment campaigns. This will include: Supporting HR, Finance Business Partners and Practise leads with the preparation of business cases for Partner hires Market mapping and competitor research Managing the candidate experience from end to end for potential Partner hires Coordinating interviews Advisory support to practise groups to ensure successful recruitment outcomes Managing relationships with executive search and recruitment agencies, overseeing and coordinating briefings and managing contracts We are looking for a detail focused and results driven individual ideally has experience within the legal sector or professional services. Ideally you will be immediately available or on short notice. The role is being hired as either a 6.9 or 12 month FTC depending on the candidates preference.
