We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected organisation working exclusively within the public sector. You'll play a central role supporting senior leaders while helping to keep wider teams organised, connected, and running smoothly. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, works well independently, and naturally brings people together. Key responsibilities: Proactive PA support including diary, meeting and travel management. Coordinating meetings, communications, reports and team events. Supporting managers across the UK with administration and onboarding. EA/Office Manager cover when required. Assisting with recruitment administration and HR processes. We're looking for someone with: 5+ years' PA or senior administrative experience. Excellent organisational, diary management and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and discretion. A proactive, reliable approach and a team-focused attitude.
