We are seeking a highly organised, family‑focused Private PA to support a busy household in West London. This is a hands‑on, varied role suited to someone proactive, discreet, and happy to “muck in” wherever needed. The ideal candidate will bring a calm, solutions‑led approach and enjoy creating smooth, well‑run family life across multiple properties. You will be required to work from their residence in Notting Hill at least 3 days a week. Please note: Location is essential for this role. Candidates must already live in areas that offer easy access to West London and the wider Home Counties. Suitable locations include Richmond, Chiswick, Kew, Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush, Ealing, Putney, Barnes, Wimbledon, Twickenham, Kingston, Ascot, Sunningdale, Virginia Water, Windsor, and surrounding commuter belt villages. These areas provide the right balance of proximity to Notting Hill and straightforward routes to the family’s additional properties. Key Responsibilities Day‑to‑day lifestyle support to the principals and family First point of contact for household matters, contractors, suppliers, and service providers • Oversee smooth running of multiple properties, ensuring maintenance and standards are upheld Liaise with household staff across locations, ensuring communication and task completion • Manage errands, shopping, sourcing, gifting, and ad hoc family requests Coordinate appointments, diaries, school logistics, and family activities Assist with travel planning, packing, and itinerary organisation Handle household administration, filing, expenses, and basic budgeting • Provide occasional Step in wherever needed to ensure seamless daily operations Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a private household, family office, or HNW environment Highly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast‑moving setting Warm, family‑orientated, and comfortable working around children Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with staff, contractors, and external partners Discreet, trustworthy, and committed to confidentiality Genuine team player with a “no task too small” attitude Full UK driving licence and own vehicle ideally
