Experienced Luxury Property Lettings & Project Management (London & Athens) A top opportunity has arisen for a polished and professional Luxury Lettings Specialist used to working with HNW individuals to manage and oversee 20 luxury properties on the Greek Riviera outside of Athens and in Central London (including Mayfair) Your background will show a senior position overseeing a luxury property portfolio of the highest standard (Concierge style) and dealing with the long term rentals to HNW/UHNW individuals. The properties are of the highest luxury standard and dotted along the Greek Riviera and Central London including Mayfair. The company will be adding to the portfolio so your marketing and communications skills will be first rate. This is an interesting and involving role covering all aspects of high end property from start to finish. Involvement in sourcing new opportunities, dealing with architects and designers, marketing of the product, advertising, making new contacts and maintaining current rentals to the highest possible standard. A top understanding of contracts/Leasehold agreements for high end rental properties, highly organised with excellent references You will be supported and based in the London West End office of the business (the Principal travels between London & Athens) and has an international business. You will trave to Athens when required so flexibility and commitment is needed for this role. Expecting the highest standards you will be accustomed to working at this level and liaising with an international HNW clientele with very high standards. An in depth understanding of high end requirements and standards is essential for his role. The properties are primarily located along the costal area and Central London and are of the highest luxury standard.
