Connect Appointments is recruiting Packaging Operatives to join an established food production business based in Broxburn. Our client operates a busy chilled production facility, offering consistent Monday to Friday work with full training and PPE provided. What's on offer? Temporary ongoing position with the opportunity for permanent employment Monday to Friday, 6:20am to 2:40pm 12.71 per hour - paid weekly Full training provided Please Note: This role involves working in a cold environment - full PPE is provided. As a Packaging Operative, your duties will include: Picking, packing and monitoring quality control of products on a fast-paced production line Operating relevant production machinery and equipment safely Manual handling and weighing of products accurately Stacking goods onto pallets for bulk shipments To be considered as a Packaging Operative, you will need: Previous experience in a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Good time keeping and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a cold environment Interested in this Packaging Operative role?
