We believe exceptional hospitality comes from well-supported people. The Role As a Sommelier, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Working closely with our Head Sommelier and Front of House team, you'll confidently guide guests through our wine, sake and tea programmes, recommending pairings that elevate the dining experience while delivering warm, intuitive hospitality. You'll also contribute to the day-to-day operation of the cellar, maintain impeccable service standards and continue developing your own knowledge alongside the team. Responsibilities Deliver polished and engaging wine service. Recommend wine, sake and tea pairings with confidence. Build genuine relationships with guests. Maintain excellent cellar organisation and stock control. Assist with inventory, deliveries and storage. Prepare and maintain all beverage equipment and glassware. Support wine dinners, tastings and special events. Contribute to ongoing staff education. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front of house teams to deliver seamless service. About You We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience as a Sommelier in a Michelin-starred or similarly ambitious restaurant. Strong wine knowledge (WSET Level 2+ or equivalent is desirable). Excellent communication and guest-facing skills. Calmness under pressure. Exceptional attention to detail.
