Starting salary £26,000 rising to £27,000 after passing training (4-6 weeks) £30,000 base salary by the second year.

OTE £12,000 a year + Private Medical Insurance with Vitality, 25 days’ annual leave plus UK bank holidays, fully remote working (all equipment provided)

Our client is a leading UK insurance brokerage, trusted by over 2.5 million customers. They are expanding their Sales teams and wanting to bring onboard customer centric driven sales professionals. You’ll speak to customers who have already opted in for free insurance and are expecting your call.

Using our system, you will:

• Introduce and clearly explain an optional Accident Insurance product answering questions and positioning the benefits in plain English.
• Follow our proven script and compliance requirements precisely, while sounding confident, natural and in control from the first sentence.
• Handle objections smoothly, maintain the flow of the call, and recover quickly from challenging conversations.
• Collect bank details from customers who choose to proceed, using our secure verification and recording processes.
• Set up free insurance policies quickly and accurately.

There is no cold calling — every customer you speak to has already returned an application.
