Customer Relations Advisor - PART TIME

 Please note that this is a PART-TIME POSITION: Wednesday - Thursday and Friday

Your role as Customer Relations Advisor

• To be able to handle a large variety of customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to escalation, where necessary 
• Manage large amounts of customer telephone calls and web contact forms whilst maintaining thorough and accurate customer records
• Keep sensitive customer data and financial records private and confidential, and to be aware of the data protection legislation
